Remote Lifecycle Observation System
The Remote Lifecycle Observation System, or RLOS, is operated by InAir Aviation. RLOS is used to monitor laboratory equipment, lifecycle tests, connected instruments, and data-acquisition services.
Equipment Notifications
Authorized users may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS text-message notifications concerning important laboratory equipment and test-system events.
Notifications may include:
- Laboratory equipment failures or abnormal conditions
- Instrument or data-acquisition disconnections
- Monitoring-service interruptions and recoveries
- Important measurement or test-status updates
- Lifecycle-test completion notices
- Optional text-based equipment data updates selected by the user
Users enroll through the RLOS application during initialization. Enrollment requires a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox and signature. SMS consent is not required to use the application's non-messaging features.
Message frequency varies according to equipment status, test events, and the notification options selected by the user. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
