SMS Messaging Information

SMS messaging is optional. Users opt in through a separate checkbox and signature presented by the RLOS application during initialization. The SMS consent checkbox is not selected by default.

Message frequency varies according to laboratory equipment status, lifecycle-test events, service conditions, and the notification options selected by the user. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile Information and Consent

Mobile telephone information, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose information to service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the messaging service, deliver requested notifications, maintain system security, or comply with law.

Data Retention

We retain personal information and consent records only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate RLOS, document messaging consent, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
