Remote Lifecycle Observation System Equipment Notifications

Program Description

InAir Aviation operates the Remote Lifecycle Observation System, or RLOS. Authorized users may voluntarily enroll to receive SMS notifications concerning laboratory equipment, lifecycle tests, connected instruments, and data-acquisition services.

Messages may include:

Enrollment and Consent

Users enroll through the RLOS application during initialization. The user must affirmatively select a separate SMS consent checkbox and provide a signature.

The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not selected by default. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or using non-messaging RLOS functions.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies according to equipment conditions, lifecycle-test events, service availability, and the notification preferences selected by the user.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from further SMS notifications.

After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a final confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent unless you enroll again.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by network availability, wireless-carrier conditions, device availability, internet connectivity, and other factors outside our control.
